Medefis has been working diligently on the continued improvement of our technology and service levels we provide not only our Clients, but the Staffing Vendors that support us. I hope your agency has noticed and benefited from the improvements we have made, and we appreciate your continued support. We are confident that we will be fully integrated into our new system by the end of 2017. Once completed, the new system will offer increased opportunities for growth as we continue to expand our client base, departments and specialties we service.
Many aspects of the staffing delivery industry have changed. Client acquisition and partnership costs have increased along with demands of clients to provide expanded services at no additional cost. As a vendor neutral service provider, we do not have the luxury of shifting these additional services into an existing staffing service department. In order to stay competitive and provide you with a system that allows level competition, we are making an adjustment to the Medefis pricing schedule.
The link at the bottom will direct you to an updated User Agreement reflecting the fee increase to 5% for all Medefis clients. This will take effect starting 4/3/2017 and will supersede any existing agreements and Billing Service Addendums that may be in place. The new fee will apply to all "fee billing" placements and extensions made after this date. This will not affect "fee billing" placements made or extended before the go live date. All Healthcare Professionals working in "consolidated billing" clients will incur this fee for any days worked after the go live date. You will see the holdback fee for any days worked adjusted to 5% at this time.
Please sign and return the attached contract set to ryanm@medefis.com by 3/31/17 in order to prevent a disruption in service access to Medefis.
